Our version of this super juicy style of late addition and mega dry-hopped IPA. Scissors is a hop cascade of Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra, and Anthenum hops. The low IBU makes it extremely approachable for even non-IPA drinkers.

Chasing Fluffy Pink Unicorns
Raspberry Gose / 5.0 ABV / 15 IBU
Delightful and refreshing, this unique raspberry Gose style ale is full of powder plush fluffiness. Brewed with rosehips, corriander, pink peppercorns, a 4-blend lactobacillus, sea salt, and dry-hopped with 3lbs of hibiscuss gives CFPU an amazing light fruit and tart flavor.

Negative Split Stout

The benefits of running a negative split – a slow first half and a fast second – are purely positive. Same holds true for this sophisticated seasonal brew. We add fresh local chocolate from Moonstruck Chocolate Co. to this already chocolaty stout, then heap in whole vanilla beans from Singing Dog Vanilla for big, rich, complex flavor.

Running Up Pils
