Our version of this super juicy style of late addition and mega dry-hopped IPA. Scissors is a hop cascade of Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra, and Anthenum hops. The low IBU makes it extremely approachable for even non-IPA drinkers.

Chasing Fluffy Pink Unicorns

Raspberry Gose / 5.0 ABV / 15 IBU

Delightful and refreshing, this unique raspberry Gose style ale is full of powder plush fluffiness. Brewed with rosehips, corriander, pink peppercorns, a 4-blend lactobacillus, sea salt, and dry-hopped with 3lbs of hibiscuss gives CFPU an amazing light fruit and tart flavor.

Our tribute to the historic Boston Marathon. This dark ale goes the distance with a slightly malty taste, dash of chocolate flavor, and incredible notes of Chinook hops that keep pace from start to finish.

Negative Split Stout

American Stout / 6.8 ABV / 30 IBU

The benefits of running a negative split – a slow first half and a fast second – are purely positive. Same holds true for this sophisticated seasonal brew. We add fresh local chocolate from Moonstruck Chocolate Co. to this already chocolaty stout, then heap in whole vanilla beans from Singing Dog Vanilla for big, rich, complex flavor.

Running Up Pils

Pilsner / 5.0 ABV / 28 IBU

Inspired by tradition, this German-style Pilsner is crafted with a mult-step infusion mash with old world pilsen malt. We then lager ferment over three different temperatures until the flavor profile is just right. This light German Lager is packed full of flavor and is perfect accompaniment to the spring and summer.
